Cleaning of fan coil units

According to industry experts, a biofilm build-up on the HVAC/R coils reduces the system's heat transfer capability and efficiency and increases operating costs. Believe it or not, a .05-inch biofilm of bacteria, slime, algae, or mold can cut the efficiency by 32 percent, raising the electric bill for that HVAC/R unit at least one third. FYI...It will cost YOU an additional (approx.) $30-$50 per ton on each unit to compensate for the build-up of this biofilm. By cleaning the system's coils and other related heat transfer parts and inhibiting the future growth of this biofilm, the savings in energy costs alone will pay for our service.
